I did not expect this rich of a purplish red. I love it, but did not plan for it

My hair was a medium brown and this color turned my hair black! I wanted dark brown, not black! Not happy with it at all! Now I have to figure out how to fix it! It would have been helpful to know if this was a black and not a brown. You need to add the color - light brown, medium brown, dark brown, etc. along with the name like Cappuccino, Espresso, etc.

Just used this color for the first time, to cover tons of gray AND the processed/bleached bottom half of my mid-back length hair. I cannot wait to show it off to my family!!! The texture is gorgeous and I feel beautiful!

I bought this few days ago and color my hair and I like how it turns out. Never color this before and use this brand but I love it. Specially the conditioner after color so shiny and soft and my hair are excellent. I wish they have this conditioner to sell individual because I'm I ove with it and love to use it forever.

When my husband found out how much I was paying at the hair salon for color he said he was going to start coloring my hair for me. We tried Schwarzkopf color 4.0 Cappuccino and we both loved the results. Bold beautiful color that covers all my gray and soft hair that looks like I went to the beauty shop.

I really love Schwartzkopf colors, and use them exclusively at home and salon. But this one came out quite a bit darker than I expected. It's a 4, but came out almost a 2. It has quite a bit of red tones as well, which doesn't look anything like the box. I was a cool 5 brown before and only wanted to go a touch darker and richer since my color was beginning to fade. Never had this issue with one of their colors before.

I've been wanting to try the Keratin Color product line for a while; I color my hair every 4-5 weeks to cover gray, so I'm looking to match my brown hair color, not to change hair color. What kept me delaying from trying this product are the names of the various colors - I guess some marketing genius thought they would be a great selling tool, but I don't find them at all helpful in choosing a color, especially for the first time. The color shown on the box is, of course, not accurate. So I finally tried the "Cappuccino" color based on the color shown on the box. My hair turned out a bit darker than I would have liked, but it wasn't awful. Next time I'll try a lighter color (Cashmere Brown?), or I might go back to my old "trick" of mixing 2 colors so that I get a better result. I think it would be helpful, though, to include a more "generic" color description - "light brown, medium brown, etc." along with the "fancy" color name.

Very pleased with the color! It left my hair silky, shiney, fuller and younger looking. Gray coverage is awesome!! With other products, there were always a few strands. Not so with Schwarzkopf Keratin (Cappuccino). So happy to have found a great hair color that does what it says it will.

Turned my hair black and very uneven color. And I can't get a comb through it. I don't think I can leave the house looking like this.

This product is amazing. Color covers grey completely. This product even smells good. Bye-bye chemical smell. great product. My color is cappuccino 4.0
