Been using a few months to save money from going to salon! Great results that last! It doesn't damage my hair gives it great shine and covers the sparkle aka greys!

If you have red in your hair it will be reddish...It's really pretty... Many compliments ...

I bought Ultime Velvet Brown 3.8 last month and love it. It does not have the horrible smell of the other brands I've tried. The color is rich and left my hair shiny. I will be buying this product from now on. And, it's less expensive than the other brands! So happy I found this product!

I bought this hair color my hair was brown, it turned my hair red instead of violet black. Not to mention I bought 2 boxes and mixed each one separately as well as followed directions and each one came out 2 different colors yet both said 3.3!

I just used 3.8 Velvet Brown and had a great color result. My hair is soft, shiny and has multi-tones. The color had a very pleasant smell and did not burn my scalp. The results I got were better than most salon color I've had. The color is beautiful and I'm very happy!!

The smell from the hair color wasn't too bad. The smell from the conditioner was awful! It was so strong I can still smell it after 2 washes. I'm sure some people like the stronger smell but it's not for me.

I was a bit hesitant to try this product because I had read a few bad reviews online. I also didn't get the color I would have chosen for this Bzz because all of the lighter shades of brown were taken. I have naturally dark brown hair that is almost to my waist and is graying. I really would have chosen a lighter color but Velvet Brown was the only brunette color left available. After finding my courage I opened the box and began my hair coloring journey. I was pleasantly surprised at the smell of the product. It was not overbearing and actually smelled pretty good. I tend to get a headache from using other brands. I followed the directions exactly and the outcome was good despite the intense dark color of my hair. It covered grays nicely and left my hair soft and manageable. The color was a deep dark brown much like the color on the back of the box for the naturally dark brown hair. While I wouldn't have chosen this specific color if I were buying it, I was pleased with the outcome. It has been a few weeks since I colored and it still looks nice. I would use this brand again, only in a lighter shade.

This product was great at covering grays. I loved the thick cream as it stayed in place really well. My hair felt very soft and had great shine after using Schwarzkopf color ULTIME. Everyone complimented me on how nice the color was (Velvet Brown) There was a little bit of a strong odor when applied, but it did fade after rinsing and using the conditioner supplied. Make sure that you do wipe up or off any color that gets onto anything as it does stain quickly and was difficult to get off my skin. I dye my hair about every six weeks. I just turned 56 and I am not quite ready to let my grays show. I have tried a lot of at home hair dye kits and some work well, others not so well. As a BzzAgent I was given the opportunity to try Schwarzkopf color ULTIME in velvet brown and I'm glad I did! I have medium to long length hair and one box was able to cover it all since I have thin hair but if someone has the same length but thicker hair, they would probably need a second box. The hair dye was easy to apply and had a pleasant smell, no eye burning or the chemical smell that bothers me. After rinsing the dye out, I used the conditioner that came in the box, it had a little too much of the perfume smell and it didn't seem to give me that soft feeling I normally get when using conditioner but I just added some of my own conditioner and that fixed the problem. I love the color and it covered my grays completely. Now my hair color is rich and shiny and my hair feels soft, not the fried feeling I get from a lot of other hair dyes. Since it has only been five days since I colored my hair, I can not say how long the color will last. The box said four weeks and I hope to get at least five weeks or longer. I don't have anything negative to say about Schwarzkopf color ULTIME, it was easy to use, color turned out great and my grays are gone, at least for the next month!
